We prioritise disadvantaged children and young people, in particular
those who are disabled or have no – or limited – access
to education.
The Further Education Programme works primarily through the provision
of grants or scholarships to individuals from the target countries
that are able to demonstrate their commitment to the future development
of the region. The Child Development Programme provides grants to
organisations (mostly NGOs) that are already active at local level
and which address the needs of our priority beneficiary groups.
In Syria, the Foundation implements its own projects that focus
on children with disabilities.
The Saïd Business School Programme works with the Said Business School Foundation to support initiatives that make the greatest difference to the School’s successful development.
The Foundation is non-sectarian and non-political.
