All applications must be submitted by 23:59 UK time on Wednesday 1 November.
After submitting your application will be assessed by the Saïd Foundation, it will firstly go through an eligibility check and only applicants who meet all of our eligibility criteria will progress to the assessment phase. Candidates who fail to meet all of our eligibility criteria will be notified by email by mid-December. Please be aware that due to the volume of applications, the Foundation is unable to provide individual feedback.
All eligible applicants will then be assessed by officers from the Saïd Foundation and external experts, and it is during this assessment that candidates who are shortlisted for interview will be selected. If you are not shortlisted, you will be notified by email by the end of February. The Foundation will be unable to provide individual feedback to unsuccessful candidates however candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may reapply in future years.
Shortlist and interviews
Interviews of shortlisted candidates take place in late February or early March in Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine. Shortlisted Syrian candidates may be asked to travel to Lebanon for an interview. Exceptionally, some candidates may be interviewed by Skype.
The Foundation’s Board of Trustees makes its final selection in mid-April and candidates will be informed of the outcome by the end of April.
